My Favorite Inspirational Quotes, Stories, Words of Wisdom

I read so many self help books, go to many self help workshops etc- always searching for inner peace, joy, enlightenment.  Its so easy to focus on myself, give power to the ego and feel the separation from God.  Daily meditation- shutting off the clutter of the brain and the chaos of the world and just "listening"  helps me ground and connect and be in tune with what God wants me to do each day.  Having the attitude of "Letting Go and letting God",surrendering to Gods Will and not my own- help me find this true purpose.

1/27/15  Throughout the day breathe in the living, loving pulsing force of the I AM (God) longing to assist, exhale away all fear and ego control

1/28/15  Is suffering really necessary? Yes and no. If you had not suffered as you have, there would be no depth to you as a human being, no humility, no compassion.  You would not be reading this now. Suffering cracks open the shell of ego, and then comes a point when it has served its purpose.  Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary.  Eckhart Tolle

2/9/15  And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more powerful than the risk it took to blossom      Anais Nin

2/13/15  Creator bless my eyes that I may see with love, bless my mouth that I may speak with love, bless my heart that I may give and receive love, bless my hands that all I touch feels love, bless my feet that my walk may be a prayer upon Mother Earth - Grace Alvarez Sesma

3/9/15 The greatest man in history is Jesus. He had no servants, yet they caled him master.  He had no degree, yet they called him teacher. He had no medicines, yet they called him healer. He had no army, yet kings feared him.  He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world. He committed no crimes, yet they crucified him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.
